The self service option is where we prepare the food for you and deliver it hot and ready to eat, at the time you are wanting to eat – and your guests serve themselves.
This option can be built with any of our standard meat and sides options, we just need to know what you would like to be able to provide you with a price. For some guidance our most popular package includes Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken Nibbles and 2 different sides.
